Alma Gabriela Kelly is a native El Pasoan receiving her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing at The University of Texas at El Paso. Nurse Practitioner Kelly is board certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Nurse Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and El Paso Area Advanced Practice Nurses. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
