Dr. Paolo C. Mimbella earned his baccalaureate and master’s degrees from the University of Miami before receiving his medical degree at St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies. He then went on to complete a Transitional Internship at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, NY. His Residency was completed at the University of Texas at Houston McGovern School of Medicine where he served as the Academic Chief Resident. Dr. Mimbella opted for further training and completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. He is a member of the New York Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, The American Academy of Pain Medicine, Texas Pain Society, Association of Academic Physiatrists, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Mimbella is Double Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
